From the moment you contact us to the time you hold the invitations, our goal is to offer you a pleasant and relaxed experience by simplifying the ordering process as much as possible.

 

Below you will find useful details about stationery as well as the steps to follow to place your order.

TYPES OF STATIONERY

There are several types of stationery that can be ordered for an event.

 

Below we have divided them into 3 sections, according to the moment when they are needed.

Depending on your event, you may need all or only some of them.

HOW MANY TO ORDER?

A common mistake is to equal the number of invitations to the number of guests who will be invited to the wedding.

The number of invitations = number of couples + number of single pers. + 10% back-ups.

 

The number of invitations can be supplemented later, the minimum quantity depending on the type of print.

WHEN TO ORDER?

As a timeline, it would be ideal to place the order (before the moment you want to physically have them):

  • 4-5 weeks for digital printing

  • 6-8 weeks for letterpress print

 

Regardless of the time, please contact us and we will tell you if we can honor your order and we will give you a realistic delivery time depending on the complexity of the project.

HOW TO ORDER?

Below are the steps to place the order.

If you have additional questions you can contact us at any time and we will address them promptly.

STEP 1

 

Choose the design

Browse our invitation portfolio and choose your favorite model.

 

We pay special attention to the design process and sometimes it takes weeks to find the perfect balance between the monogram, the fonts used and their size, the spacing, and the chosen colors, from ink to envelope, liner, and wax seal.

 

For this reason, we do not apply major changes to the designs presented on the site.

 

However, if you have found a model that is very close to the ideal one, but you would still like some changes, please contact us and we will tell you if we can implement them.

 

STEP 2

 

Price offer

DIGITAL PRINT: Our prices are mentioned on the website, the final price will depend on the structure of the invitation - the type of paper, the envelope, the number of pieces, etc.

 

 

LETTERPRESS PRINTING: The price is calculated according to the print run, so we are waiting for an e-mail mentioning this detail as well as the final structure of the invitation (paper, envelope and other finishes) and we will calculate the final cost depending on all these elements.

 

After accepting the offer you will receive an invoice to pay an advance of 25% from the final amount, non-refundable, which reserves you a place in our production calendar and allows us to create the electronic version of the invitation.

STEP 3

 

Ready for Print (RfP)

Please allow us a period of 3-5 working days to send you the file with the electronic version of the invitation. Based on this file we will receive from you the RfP.

 

Once you have verified the received design, you can either give us RfP or request changes.

The order includes 2 free revisions, for other subsequent revisions there will be a design fee of 80 RON / revision. All desired changes will be sent to us in written form by e-mail (we can not receive them by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, etc.).

 

To grant an RfP, please read the text of the invitation carefully and make sure that all the information is spelled correctly and that there are no editing errors - we recommend printing a copy on your home printer and checking the layout in print.

Ask other people to read the text, letter by letter, checking that there are no spelling, spelling, etc. mistakes.

 

By confirming the RfP, the customer takes full responsibility for the content and form of the data included in the RfP.

 

No further changes can be made after the receipt of the RfP and once the project enters the production phase.

STEP 4

 

Production

Once we have your ok and we have received the RfP we will start the production process and we will be able to offer you a firm delivery time.

 

As a guide, the standard delivery time from the moment we receive the RfP:

  • for digital models, it is 10-15 working days

  • for letterpress ones, it is 20-30 working days.

 

You will now receive the invoice with the remaining 75% of the amount to be paid. After confirmation of payment, we will place orders with our suppliers for the necessary materials and we will start production.

STEP 5

 

Delivery

The production has been completed and the invitations are ready for delivery.

 

You can choose to pick them up from our studio or receive them by courier.

 

Shipping costs are not included in your order. They are calculated at the end of the order and depend on the distance to the destination and the final weight of the package.
